1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Malaysian users accessing this Platform do so at their own legal risk and must comply with all applicable local laws.

3.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an alpa88 account:

4 Registration & Account Use

Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and all balances may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

5 Terms of Use

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

5.3 Sports Betting Fair Use

Sports betting markets on alpa88 — including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia rounds, UFC events and live football — are offered for entertainment purposes. Placing bets with the sole purpose of qualifying for a promotion, or systematically placing low-risk bets to satisfy a wagering requirement without genuine engagement, constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the voiding of associated winnings.

6 Promotions & Bonuses

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All alpa88 promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP rewards, are subject to individual promotion terms that supplement these General Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to an alpa88 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements represent the total value of eligible bets that must be placed. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means RM3,000 in eligible bets must be completed before the bonus balance is released.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Promotional credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in each individual offer. If the wagering requirement is not met before expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be forfeited.

6.4 alpa88 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

alpa88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Existing bonuses accepted in good faith will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance, provided no fraudulent activity is detected.

7 Payments & Withdrawals

7.1 Supported MYR Payment Methods

alpa88 supports a range of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are also supported subject to applicable terms.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. As a general guide, minimum deposits start from RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and RM50 to RM100 for certain bank-transfer and promotional channels. 7.3 Withdrawal Processing

Eligible withdrawals are targeted for processing within the following indicative timeframes, subject to KYC verification, active wagering requirements being met, and account standing:

• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes after approval;

These are target processing times and not guaranteed timeframes. alpa88 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank maintenance windows or regulatory review requirements.

7.4 Payment Ownership

Deposits must be made only from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — including deposits from a Maybank account held in someone else's name — are prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and possible account suspension.

8 Responsible Gambling

9 Intellectual Property

The alpa88 brand name, logo and domain alpa88.cam are proprietary identifiers. Any unauthorised use, imitation or impersonation of the alpa88 brand may constitute trademark infringement and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alpa88 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business arising from your use of the Platform;
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any nature;
• Service interruptions, maintenance downtime or connectivity issues;
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in game outcomes resulting from third-party game studio software;
• Delays in payment processing by Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go or any other third-party payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

11 Suspension & Termination

alpa88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account — with or without prior notice — if a User is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if continued access presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, any verified real-money balance that is not subject to investigation or forfeiture will be returned to the User's registered payment method following the completion of applicable KYC procedures. Bonus funds at the time of termination will be forfeited.

Users may voluntarily close their alpa88 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests may take up to five business days to process.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the alpa88 operating entity holds its international licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Malaysian users expressly acknowledge that alpa88 does not hold a licence issued by any Malaysian government authority, and that Malaysian law governing online gambling applies to them independently of these Terms. 13 Changes to These Terms
